Ecuador and Mexico should boost trade: Peña Nieto

Ecuador and Mexico have great potential to boost their trade relations, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto said.

Although bilateral trade grew five-fold in the last decade, reaching $1.3 billion last year, there is still more to do in order to make it grow further, Peña Nieto said.

"We should take advantage of the mutual benefits of Mexico's investments in Ecuador," he added.
