Edilica to invest $30 million in Costa Rica real estate

Costa Rica's Edilica Soluciones Inmobiliarias aims to invest 430 million this year on three housing projects and a corporate center.

The projects will be located in the San José metropolitan area. The housing projects will include 173 homes.

The $3 million San Rafael corporate center will be built in the capital's Escazú neighborhood.
