El Corte Inglés opens travel division in Panama

The Spanish group El Corte Inglés, which operates clothing and bookstores as well as shopping malls, is going to open a travel division in Panama.

Antonio González Hierro, the company chief in Panama, says that the economic growth of the country makes it an important travel market.

The company will offer package trips to Panama for Spanish tourists, including business congresses.
