El Salvador counts cost of coffee theft

El Salvador lost coffee valued at $200,000 to theft last year, said the president of the coffee association, Sergio Ticas.
The problem is one of several that confront growers, among them the coffee-rust plague, which has affected the crop throughout Central America.
