El Salvador exports 22 percent less coffee

El Salvador has exported $226 million worth of coffee in the 10 months of the current harvest, said the country's coffee authority.
The number represents a drop of 22 percent compared to the same period last year.
However, data from the coffee authority revealed that the volume exported grew 7 percent, reaching more than 1.3 million quintals.
