El Salvador exports to Europe up 5 percent

El Salvador's exports to Europe have reached $200 million so far this year, said Carlos Moreno, commercial policy director of the country's Economy Ministry.

The figure represents a 5 percent growth compared with the same period last year.

But the figure was below the expectations of the Ministry due to a drop in the coffee sector.
