El Salvador hosts regional environmental forum

An international meeting concerning regional environmental sustainability will begin today in El Salvador.

The meeting will take place over two days, and representatives from Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Mexico, Venezuela and Cuba have confirmed their participation.

The Salvadoran Government explained that the meeting would be held in the framework of the World Day of the Environment and the 29th Sao Paulo Forum.
