El Salvador housing company Salazar boosts price boost for social housing

Several companies in El Salvador’s construction industry were obliged to close projects at the crisis of last year.

Not so Grupo Salazar Romero, whose Cumbres de San Bartolo includes 600 units of affordable housing.

The houses cost $10,300, but the company sells then at $13,000. The discount represents a support for the market.
