El Salvador’s coffee exports slumped by 14 percent between October and July

El Salvador’s coffee exports fell by 14 percent between October 2009 and July of this year, compared with the same period a year earlier.
During that period, the country received $182 million in coffee exports, down from $212 million.
Meanwhile, El Salvador’s coffee exports fell by 22.8 percent in volume terms over the period.
