Tuesday, January 7, 2014

El Salvador's economy grew 1.9 percent last year, according to central reserve bank figures.

The number is 2.3 percent lower than the government's predictions at the beginning of 2013.

The country's political environment and crime were among the main reasons that affected the economy.
