El Salvador's economy shows no signs of recovery

At the end of the first half of the year, El Salvador's economy shows no signs of improving.

Growth for the year is unlikely to reach more than 1 percent.

Exports have fallen by 3.6 percent year-on-year through June to $2.67 billion.
