El Salvador's exports drop 16 percent in January

El Salvador's exports dropped 16 percent in January, compared to the same month last year.
The drop came mostly as a consequence of an $18 fee for the revision of cargo trucks in the country's borders, as well as a delay in the delivery of raw materials.
January's exports reached $402 million, compared with the $478 million from January 2013.
