El Salvador's Grupo Poma expands in Colombia
El Salvador's Grupo Poma plans to take the Marriott hotel brand to Colombia, according to the firm's vice-president, Fernando Poma.
He said the company wants to take Marriott to Colombia because it already operates it in other countries but was still unavailable in Colombia.
Grupo Poma has been present in Colombia for four years, after opening a hotel in Ciudad Salitre in 2009, and a JW hotel in 2010 in Bogotá's financial district.
