El Salvador's new Finance minister has a $2.4 billion in-tray

The first job to face El Salvador's new Finance minister, Nelson Fuentes, will be to restructure $2.4 billion of the nation's debt.
On top of that, he will have to present a budget proposal in September to include $800 million in bonds that come due next year.
