El Salvador to have its first Hyatt hotel

Latam Hotel corporation announced it will invest $36.8 million for the construction of the first Hyatt brand hotel in El Salvador.

The hotel will have 140 rooms, as well as a second tower with office space and a call center.

Construction of the minor aspects of the project will begin next year, while most of the work will be carried out next year.
