El Salvador welcomes Colombia's Juan Valdez

El Salvador became the new destination in Colombia's Juan Valdez expansion plans.

The company is set to open two stores in the Central American country, one in Galerías shopping mall in San Salvador and another in Multplaza mall in the Antiguo Cuscutlán region by the end of the year, according to Marco Antonio Ara, president of franchise operator Corporación JV Centroamérica.

For 2014, the company plans to open three more stores, and by 2015 reach between 12 and 15 branches throughout the country.
