Emerging market investors head to Mexico

Bond investors have been piling into Mexico, viewing it as one of the few emerging-market countries to withstand some of the global forces plaguing its peers.
Foreign investment in Mexico’s government bonds hit a high in January at $85 billion, exceeding the previous record set in November, according to the Institute of International Finance.
