Expenses incurred in Panama conventions will be free of tax from United States

Panama has become one of three countries that US companies will be able to deduct expenses incurred in business conventions in their tax returns.

Only Mexico and Jamaica have previously been approved for such benefits for the US tax authorities.

Panama's Tourism Authority is to launch a campaign to promote business congresses, conventions and seminars.
