Fatal bomb blast mars first day of Colombia trade pact

A bomb attack against a former Colombia justice minister occurred just before noon Tuesday on the streets of the capital Bogotá, killing at least two people and injuring some 25.

The attack happened on the first day of the free trade agreement between Colombia and the United States.

The attack was directed at former Interior and Justice Minister Fernando Londoño, who was in a bulletproof vehicle at the time of the explosion.
