Ferry to connect El Salvador and Nicaragua

El Salvador's port authority announced a new ferry service between La Unión port, El Salvador, and Nicaragua's Puerto Corinto.

The service is set to begin operating in November this year, under the management of Spain's Naviera de Odiel.

The aim of the ferry is to transport vehicles, goods and passengers, said the president of the port authority, Alberto Arene.
