Fiscal deficit is Honduran leader's challenge

Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández's main challenge this year is to improve the country's fiscal figures.

Last year, Honduras's fiscal deficit represented -7.7 percent of the gross domestic product.

The Hernández administration will adopt a series of measures aimed at streamlining fiscal income and controlling expenditure.
