Fitch issues wake-up call to Costa Rica

Costa Rica faces higher interest rates and diminished interest by investors following a warning by Fitch Ratings that the country’s risk rating is growing.

The warning by Fitch comes four months after Moody’s reduced the rating of government bonds.
