Foreign investment forecast to reach $1.6 billion this year in Honduras

Direct foreign investment in Honduras is expected to be about $1.6 billion this year, according to government forecasts. Last year's figure was $1.2 billion.

Most of the expected investments are expected come from the United States and Mexico in sectors such as energy, agroindustrias and public works.
