Foreign investment to Colombia drops

Foreign investment to Colombia reached $9.5 billion in the first seven months of the year, according to the country's central bank.

The figure shows a 7.3 percent drop compared with the same period in 2013.

The Colombian government expects foreign investment to reach $17 billion this year, 4 percent more than for 2013.
