Foreign investment to Nicaragua up

Foreign direct investment to Nicaragua reached $752 million in the first half of the year.

The figure is 9 percent more than the $689 million from the same period in 2013.

The goal for this year is to attract $1.5 billion, higher than the $1.38 billion from alst year, according to the country's investment promotion agency ProNicaragua.
