Frail world economy 'threatens middle class'

The instability in the world economy is threatening the stability of Latin America’s new middle class, warned the CAF, Latin America’s development bank.
Enrique García, the executive president of CAF, said: “If annual growth of 5 percent year can’t be achieved, a lot of people who think they are in the middle class are going to fall into poverty”.
