France removes Panama and Costa Rica from black list

France today published a new black list of tax havens that reduces the number of jurisdictions by 11, among them Panama and Costa Rica.

The French government issued a decree with the changes in the list, removing Anguilla, Belize, Costa Rica, Dominica, Grenada, the Cook Islands, Turks and Caicos, Liberia, Oman, Panama and Saint Vincent.

The update was the first since 2010. Guatemala still remains on the black list.
