Free-trade zones boost house-building in Costa Rica

Heredia province in Costa Rica is seeing an increase in the construction of condominiums.

There are currently three residential projects under construction in the province. When completed, they will offer 702 new apartments.

The reason for the increase in demand for condos is the growing presence of companies in the country's free trade zones.
