Free zones of Nicaragua now employ a record 92,000 people in 148 companies

Employment in Nicaragua’s free zones has set a record.

According to government figures, there are now 92,000 employees in 148 companies.

The number represents an increase of 2,073 employees more than were in the first quarter of this year.
