From refinery to condominiums, Costa Rica's Caribbean draws $4 billion investments

Investors are pouring into the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.
Projects totaling $4 billion are being negotiated in the province.
The developments include ports, a refinery, oil and electricity projects, free zones and condominiums. The origin of the capital being invested includes the United States, China, Holland, Spain and Costa Rica itelf.
