Gencom acquires Costa Rican gem

Gencom, a US-based investment firm, has acquired Hacienda AltaGracia, Auberge Resorts Collection, a resort in the mountains of Pérez Zeledón in the southern region of Costa Rica.

The acquisition represents a continued expansion of Gencom's luxury mixed-use hospitality portfolio and its presence in Costa Rica; Gencom is a co-owner, developer and asset manager of the master-planned resort community Peninsula Papagayo, Hotel Business reports.
