Anheuser-Busch InBev is considering selling off business units in South Korea, Australia and Central America to cut its massive debt pile, according to people familiar with the matter.
The Central American business units under consideration are in Guatemala and Honduras. They are believed to be attractive to buyers because they have high market share and generate cash, the Wall Street Journal reports.
