General Microcircuits Inc. (GMI) of North Carolina dedicated a 14,000-square-foot facility this week in Costa Rica that starts with about 15 employees.\
\
The company, which makes circuit boards, says the $2 million plant will enable it to add to workforce in the United States.\
\
“We believe as we grow our facility in Costa Rica, we will continue to expand our operation in North Carolina,” the chief executive says.\
