Grupo Alba is the nation’s fuels king, says the Nicaraguan Energy Institute

Grupo Alba expanded its operations last year, according to the report of the hydrocarbons regulator, the National Energy Institute.

Alba is the holding company of the companies that emerged from Nicaragua’s petroleum accord with Venezuela, and is managed by the presidential family.

According to the report, Laba increased its storage capacity by the construction of two 100,000 barrels towers.
