Grupo Inmobiliario del Parque invests $12.5 million in Costa Rica tower

Costa Rica’s Grupo Inmobiliario del Parque has invested $12.5 million in its Vistas de Robledal apartment building.

Construction is due to begin in February. But within only six months of invitations to purchase, 31 of the 100 apartments have already been sold.

Depending on the location and the hight within the tower, the apartments are expected to sell for from $96,000 to $207,000.
