Grupo Pellas in $250 million Nicaragua tourism project

The first stage of Guacalito de la Isla, a major tourism development in Nicaragua, is due to be completed within three years.

Total investment is expected to be $250 million, including the $115 million of the first stage.

Capital for the project will be fully Nicaraguan, from Grupo Pellas, one of the country’s most powerful economic groups.
