Grupo Roble leads in multi-purpose real estate

Grupo Roble, a real estate developer from El Salvador, has been pioneering the concept of complementing hotels with shopping malls in Costa Rica.

Nineteen years ago, Grupo Roble started this trend with the construction of Hotel Real Intercontinental next to Multiplaza Escazú shopping mall in Costa Rica.

The most recent developments of this type are Plaza Tempo, with a Holiday Inn hotel, and Momentum Pinares, with a Hotel Hyatt Place.
