Grupo Simán goes back to future in San Salvador

The real-estate arm of El Salvador’s Grupo Simán announced the opening of the Plaza Centro mall, housed in the building that for 40 years housed the Almacenes Simán department store in the center of San Salvador.

Refurbishment of the building cost some $5 million.

The new mall will open within weeks. It will have 40 commercial units ranging from 50 to 250 square meters each.
