Guatemala and Belize: trade talks heal some wounds

Government officials from Belize and Guatemala met yesterday in Belmopan with the aim of improving trade ties between the two neighboring countries despite their long-standing territorial dispute on which a judgement is to be expected shortly at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
Jairo Estrada, Guatemala's deputy foreign minister met with the Belizean Trade minister, Tracy Taegar-Panton, Efe reports in Spanish.
