Guatemala hosts Royal Caribbean call center

British company Royal Caribbean announced it's guest and trade service center will now be operated in Guatemala.

The Guatemalan office will handle calls from both the public and the travel trade.

The company said the move would allow it to address "efficiency challenges that are common in any business that has experienced rapid global expansion".
