Guatemala negotiates $500 million for roads

Guatemalan authorities are negotiating two credits with the Central American Bank for Economic Integration.
One of the credits, for $300 million, is for building a highway which is part of the planned Inter-Oceanic corridor.
The second credit, for $200 million, is to imprive rural roads, said the president of the bank, Nick Rischbieth.
