Monday, July 5, 2010

Guatemala’s coffee exports fell slightly in the first nine months of the current season that began last October by comparison with the previous period, the national coffee association, Anacafé.

The report said that October-June exports were more than 2.7 million 60-kilo bags, only less than 0.01 percent on the same period of the previous cycle.

Earlier, exports had risen strongly, but June was a poor month with a drop of 17 percent year-on-year.
