Guatemala's economy seen growing 4 percent

Thursday, December 11, 2014

Guatemala's economy will grow 4 percent next year, according to the central bank, Banguat.

The figure is higher than the forecast of 3.3 to 3.9 percent at the beginning of the year.

The bank said the new forecast is due to stronger domestic demand and a more positive outlook for the U.S. economy.
