Guatemala's Miraflores mall opens a third section

The Guatemalan real-estate developer Spectrum opened the third $22 million stage of its expansion of the Miraflores shopping mall in Guatemala City's zone 11.

The new extension covers 32,000 square meters of floor space. Miraflores now has a total of 182,000 square meters.

Miraflores now has 40 new stores, and 19 stalls. The number of parking spaces has been increased by 500.
