Guatemala’s Pastelería Holandesa aims for growth in Honduras and Mexico

Pastelería Holandesa, a Guatemalan patisserie chain, aims to grow further a field.
The chain distributes 150,000 cakes a month in 140 shops in Guatemala and El Salvador. Now it aims to open in Honduras and southern Mexico.
Holandesa currently has a workforce of 500, with 135 shops in Guatemala and five in El Salvador.
