Guatemala's Spectrum to build malls in Colombia

Guatemalan real estate firm Spectrum, subsidiary of Grupo Pantaleón, has signed an alliance with Colombia's Amarilo.

The two companies created Cimento, a firm that will specialize in the construction of shopping malls in Colombia.

The company's first project will be a mall in Chía, in the region of Cundinamarca, a project that will require an investment of $200 million in its first phase.
