Guatemala to sell the world's cheapest computer

Tuesday, May 20, 2014

Guatemala will be the first country in Central America to sell what is considered the cheapest computer in the world.

Endless Mobile, the company behind the computer, aims to narrow the technology gap in developing countries, founder Matt Dalio said.

The computer allows access to popular programs such as Skype and Word, but also programs without the need of an Internet connection, such as language courses and encyclopedias.
