The United States remains the main buyer of Guatemala’s exports, which rose by 25 percent year on year at the end of this year’s second quarter.\

From January through June, Guatemala exported goods valued at $5.4 billion, a $1 billion increase of the same period of last year.\

Exports of traditional products rose by 25.9 percent to $1.4 billion.\
