Hacienda Pinilla and Papagayo point to signs of Costa Rican real-estate revival

The Hacienda Pinilla real-estate project in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, has noted that sales by Costa Ricans and foreigners have been picking up again.

Eco Desarrollos Papagayo also indicates that the real-estate market has shown some signs of a revival.

In some cases in Guanacaste, developers are adding new features to their projects.
