Half of Mexican homes have internet

Mexican telecoms and media giants Televisa, Megacable-MCM and Total Play gained market share in fixed line internet during the fourth quarter of 2018, according to the latest report from Mexican telecoms watchdog IFT.

Overall, fixed internet reached 54 percent of Mexican homes in 2018, BN Americas reports.
